Return to Sender Policy

Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if the customer was not available to receive the package after multiple delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee. If the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped, shipping costs are non-refundable.
